New complaints start as private. A private complaint is kept out of the public feed
unless the user intentionally chooses to release it.
- Private posts do not appear in the public newsfeed.
- Private content is not used for public autocomplete.
- Publishing private content requires an intentional choice.

Protect Personal Information
Younger users should avoid posting identifying information that could make it easier
for strangers to locate or contact them.
- Do not post home addresses, school schedules, passwords, or private contact details.
- Email and phone information remain private account information.
- Online status is never shown publicly.

Public replies and private replies are separated so that sensitive conversations
are not automatically exposed to everyone.
- Private replies are limited to the people involved.
- Private replies are not made public without approval.
- Users can report concerning replies or comments.

Content that appears dangerous, threatening, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise
unsafe can be reported for review.
- Dangerous reports are prioritized for administrators.
